Nursing Experience of Interventional Embolization for 4 Cases of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after Radiotherapy with Multidisciplinary Cooperation

目的分享多学科合作治疗鼻咽癌放疗后鼻出血介入栓塞术的护理体会.方法选取近半年来,本院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的鼻咽癌患者中发生放疗后鼻出血并行介入栓塞术治疗的患者,总结分析相关临床护理经验,分析临床护理中遇到的难点.结果详尽的护理计划和护理措施以及精细化的管理能够有效地改善鼻咽癌放疗后鼻出血介入栓塞术后患者的护理结局,也有利于护理专业人员对于此类急危重症患者风险意识的提升以及临床应对能力.结论我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科鼻咽癌放疗后鼻出血介入栓塞术的护理具有临床价值,可供参考学习.

Objective To share the nursing experience of interventional embolization for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with epistaxis after radiotherapy. Methods Select the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who suffered from post-radiotherapy epistaxis and interventional embolization in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery in our hospital in recent six months, summarize and analyze the relevant clinical nursing experience, and analyze the difficulties encountered in clinical nursing. Results Detailed nursing plan, nursing measures and meticulous management can effectively improve the nursing outcomes of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and epistaxis after interventional embolization, it is also helpful for nursing professionals to enhance risk awareness and clinical coping ability of such critical patients. Conclusion The nursing of interventional embolization for nasopharyngeal hemorrhage after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in otolaryngology head and neck surgery of our hospital has clinical value and can be used for reference.
