综合护理干预对内分泌失调型肥胖患者减肥效果的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Weight Loss of Obese Patients with Endocrine Disorder

目的探讨综合护理干预对内分泌失调型肥胖患者减肥效果的影响.方法选取2017年10月至2018年11月在本院接受治疗的内分泌失调型肥胖患者共92例,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组各46例,对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组应用综合护理模式,在护理完成后对比两组患者减肥效果.结果经治疗完成后,观察组患者的减肥总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合护理干预对内分泌失调型肥胖患者减肥效果显著,能改善预后,值得推广.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on weight loss of obese patients with endocrine disorder. Methods A total of 92 patients with endocrine disorder obesity who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 46 patients in the control group and 46 patients in the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing mode. Contrast the effect of weight loss between the two groups after the completion of nursing. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of weight loss in the observation group was 93.48%, which was higher than 73.91% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on weight loss of obese patients with endocrine disorders, and can improve the prognosis, which is worthy of promotion.
