宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术130例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 130 Cases of Combined Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery

目的谈论宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术在妇科中的应用价值.方法取笔者所在医院妇科2017~2018年诊疗后拟用外科手术方案治疗不孕症患者130例为分析对象,所有纳入研究患者均应用宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术手段干预,对其临床数据进行回顾性分析,并了解宫腔镜联合腹腔镜对不孕症病因的确诊价值和治疗效果.结果输卵管异常是导致女性出现不孕症的主要因素,其诱发因素则包括盆腔子宫内膜异位、子宫肌瘤以及宫腔占位.患者接受宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗后输卵管复通率为61.5%(80/130),其中48例患者输卵管通畅,32例患者输卵管通而不畅,50例患者输卵管不通.结论通过宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术方式对不孕症患者进行治疗,能够在手术过程中确认患者的具体情况并确保整个手术过程的针对性,值得临床推广.

Objective To discuss the application value of hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery in gynecology. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of infertility patients treated by surgical treatment after gynecological diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected as subjects for analysis. All patients included in the study were treated with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the diagnostic value and therapeutic effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for the cause of infertility were understood. Results Abnormal fallopian tube is the main cause of infertility in women, and its inducing factors include pelvic endometriosis, uterine fibroids and uterine space occupancy. The patient had a fallopian tube recanalization rate of 61.5%(80/130) after hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic treatment. Among them, 48 patients had unobstructed fallopian tubes, 32 patients had partial unobstructed fallopian tubes and 50 patients had unobstructed fallopian tubes. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for the treatment of infertility patients can confirm the specific situation of patients and ensure the pertinence of the whole operation process, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
