二次妊娠产妇胎膜早破危险因素及其妊娠结局研究分析

Risk Factors and Pregnancy Outcome of Premature Rupture of Membranes in Second-Trimester Pregnant Women

目的分析二次妊娠产妇胎膜早破危险因素及其妊娠结局.方法选取180例二次妊娠产妇胎膜早破患者作为此次研究的研究对象,将其视为观察组,另取同时期,我院收治的180例二次妊娠产妇胎膜未破产妇作为对照组,对两组产妇的资料进行回顾性分析.结果年龄、生殖道感染以及文化程度等七项因素是影响产妇二次妊娠胎膜早破出现的主要因素,在观察组和对照组两组患者的妊娠结局中,观察组事件的发生率要高于对照组,显示二次妊娠胎膜早破会对产妇的妊娠结局产生明显的影响,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在临床二次妊娠产妇中,胎膜早破将会对产妇的分娩方式以及妊娠结局造成明显的影响,让产妇的剖宫产率提高,为了保证产妇的健康可以从这些角度出发,保证产妇和胎儿的健康.

Objective To analyze the risk factors and pregnancy outcome of premature rupture of membranes in second pregnancy. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with premature rupture of membranes in the second trimester were selected as the study subjects. They were regarded as the observation group. In the same period, 180 cases of secondary pregnancy maternal unruptured membranes in our hospital. In the control group, the data of the two groups of women were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seven factors including age, reproductive tract infection and education level were the main influencing factors affecting premature rupture of membranes in the second trimester of pregnancy. In the pregnancy outcomes of the observation group and the control group, the incidence of events in the observation group was observed. To be higher than the control group, it showed that premature rupture of fetal membranes had a significant effect on maternal pregnancy outcome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the second trimester of pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes will have a significant impact on the mode of delivery and pregnancy outcomes, and the maternal cesarean section rate will be improved.
