腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌的临床护理与研究

Clinical Nursing and Research of Laparoscopic Surgery for Cervical Cancer

目的探究腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌的临床护理措施及护理效果.方法选取60例宫颈癌患者,对照组行常规手术护理,观察组行针对性手术护理,比较两组手术疗效及护理效果.结果观察组的治疗情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(76.67%),P<0.05;其并发症发生率(6.67%)显著低于对照组(20.00%),P<0.05.结论对腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者行针对性手术护理,可显著增强手术疗效,提高宫颈癌患者对护理的满意度,值得加强推广.

Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and nursing effects of laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer. Methods Sixty patients with cervical cancer were enrolled. The control group underwent routine surgical nursing. The observation group underwent targeted surgical nursing and compared the curative effect and nursing effect of the two groups. Results The treatment status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.67%), P<0.05;the incidence of complications (6.67%) was significantly lower than the control group (20.00%), P<0.05. Conclusion Targeted surgical nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer can significantly enhance the curative effect and improve the satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer. It is worthy of strengthening promotion.
