Effect of Telephone Return Visit on Compliance with Antiviral Therapy in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的对电话回访在慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性中的影响进行探讨.方法选130例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为此次研究人群,予以常规健康教育以及出院指导实施电话回访,并设为观察组.将同一时期收治的130例慢性乙型肝炎患者纳入研究作为参照组,予以常规健康教育以及出院指导.就两组患者的临床干预情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比.结果对两组患者遵医行为进行比较,观察组用药依从率、定期复查率更高,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者病毒应答情况进行比较,观察组完全获得病毒学应答率更高,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者护理态度进行比较,观察组护理满意度更高,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者实施电话回访,可提高患者抗病毒治疗依从性,确保治疗连续性.

Objective To explore the effect of telephone return visit on the compliance of chronic hepatitis B patients with antiviral therapy. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with chronic hepatitis B as the study population, to give routine health education and discharge guidance and implement telephone return visit, and set up as observation group. One hundred and thirty patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted in the same period were included in the study as the reference group, and routine health education and discharge guidance were given. The clinical intervention and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Comparing the compliance behavior of two groups of patients, the observation group had higher drug compliance rate and regular review rate, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Comparing the virological response of two groups of patients, the observation group had higher complete virological response rate, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Comparing the nursing attitudes of the two groups, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher, and there was significant difference between the data, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Call-back visits to patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve their compliance with antiviral therapy and ensure the continuity of treatment.
