摘要
随着车灯设计理念的变化和发展,越来越多主机厂将动态转向灯作为标配。本文采用NXP的KEA系列芯片S9KEAZN8AM作为MCU进行功能控制,设计了一种汽车后组合灯的动态转向灯驱动电路。通过检测车身控制模块(Body Control Module, BCM)发送的PWM信号上升沿以及持续时间,从而精准控制LED的开启和关闭时序,实现转向灯的动态效果。本文给出了硬件设计的各模块原理和软件设计流程图,并通过仿真和实验验证了该设计方案的可靠性和准确性。
With the variety and development of design concept for automotive lamps, more and more automotive OEMs have adopted the dynamic turning signal as standard. The NXP’s KEA series chip S9 KEAZN8 AM is used as the MCU for functional control in the design. Then a dynamic turning signal driving circuit is designed for the rear lamp of the car. By detecting the rising edge and the duty of PWM signal sent by the Body Control Module(BCM), the turn-on and turn-off timing of LED are precisely controlled to achieve the dynamic effect of the turning signal. In this paper, the module principle of hardware design and flow chart of software design are given. Finally, the simulations and test verify the reliability and accuracy of the proposed design.
