Exploration about the Clinical Application and Dosage of Common Yam Rhizome

摘要 整理现代医家临床运用山药相关文献,总结山药具有以下特点。1)临床多用9~50 g,急证、重证、救脱可用至100~200 g及以上。2)结合疾病、证型、症状选择山药最佳剂量与配伍。如山药发挥补脾(气、阴)养胃功效,配伍人参、太子参、黄芪、白术等;治疗脾虚发热、带下病(黄带、白带量多)、消化系统疾病(慢性胃炎、厌食症、慢性泄泻等)、顽痹、消渴,为9~30 g;滋阴清热、生津益肺,配伍麦冬、天花粉、地黄、杏仁等,治疗内伤咳嗽、感冒、糖尿病、干燥综合征、尿崩症、便秘,为12~50 g。 Through collecting related literatures of modern doctors’ clinical application of common yam rhizome,the following characteristics were summarized. First, the clinical dosage range is 9-50 g, and emergency syndrome,severe syndrome and collapse syndrome can be used to 100-200 g or above. Second, choose the best dosage and compatibility of common yam rhizome according to diseases, syndromes, symptoms. For example, when treating fever due to spleen deficiency, leucorrhea(yellow leucorrhea, leucorrhea more), digestive system diseases(chronic gastritis,child anorexia, chronic diarrhea), obstinate rheumatism, xiaoke, it is compatible with ginseng,heterophylly false satarwort root, astragalus root, ovate atractylodes using its supplying the spleen(qi and yin) and nourishing stomach,its dosage is 9-30 g. When treating endogenous cough, influenza, diabetes, sjogren’s syndrome, diabetes insipidus,constipation, it is compatible with ophiopogon tuber, snakegourd root, rehmannia root, almond using its enriching yin and clearing heat, promoting fluid production and tonifying lung, its dosage is 12-50 g.
