健骨汤配合分阶段康复训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

Application of Jiangu Decoction Combined with Staged Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨自拟中医健骨汤配合分阶段康复训练在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的应用。方法选取我院2015年9月-2017年8月收治的120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按照随机的方法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组实施西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以自拟中医健骨汤配合分阶段康复训练,比较2组患者临床疗效、患肢僵硬评分和视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果观察组治疗后疼痛、日常生活受限及僵硬等比治疗前和对照组降低,差异显著(P<0.05);2组间治疗前后及组间VAS评分比较,存在差异(P<0.05);2组治疗前后的患肢僵硬评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中医健骨汤配合分阶段康复训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的近期疗效显著,能够改善患者的疼痛状态,安全性佳。

Objective To explore the application of self-made Chinese medicine Jiangu decoction combined with staged rehabilitation training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint were treated in our hospital during the period of September 2015 to 2017 and August. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random method. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group carried out the self-made traditional Chinese medicine Jiangu soup and the phased rehabilitation training, and compared the clinical effect, the limb stiffness score and the visual analogue score(VAS) in the two groups. Results There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment. The difference was significant(P < 0.05). There was a difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion The short term effect of the selfmade traditional Chinese medicine Jiangu decoction combined with phased rehabilitation training in the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee is significant, and the pain state of the patients is improved and the safety is good.
