神经保护剂在脑卒中研究领域的文献计量分析 被引量:4

Bibliometric analysis of neuroprotective agents in stroke

摘要 目的用科学知识图谱方法对神经保护剂在脑卒中领域的相关文献作系统梳理,准确清晰地展现该领域的知识结构、研究方向和研究热点。方法基于Web of Science(核心合集)数据库,检索2005年至2018年的脑卒中-神经保护剂研究领域的文献,用CitespaceⅢ软件和WOS数据库自带的文献统计工具对脑卒中-神经保护剂研究领域的相关文献进行梳理统计及知识图谱可视化分析,用VOS viewer软件进行聚类分析。结果本研究共纳入1995篇文献。全球对于脑卒中-神经保护剂的研究总体呈缓慢上升趋势;高被引文献主要分为3个聚类,分别集中于对脑卒中及缺血性脑损伤的病生理机制的研究、对急性缺血性脑卒中的临床治疗和对新型神经保护剂自由基清除剂NXY-059的相关研究。结论截止到目前,神经保护剂仍有较大的发展空间,针对细胞凋亡、氧化应激和炎症反应等病生理机制是目前神经保护剂发展的方向。 Objective To systematically organize the literature regarding the neuroprotective agent in the treatment of stroke,and to reveal the development,knowledge structure,and hot spots in the field of stroke - neuroprotective agents. Methods Based on the Web of Science ( Core Collection) database,literature on stroke - neuroprotective agents research from 2005 to 2018 was retrieved. The Citespace Ⅲ software and the literature statistical tools provided in the WOS database were used for statistical analysis and drawing knowledge domains map,VOS viewer software was used for cluster analysis. Results A total of 1995 articles were included. There was a slow upward trend in the field of stroke - neuroprotective agents in global. Cluster analysis results of highly cited literature showed that there were mainly four clusters,which focused on the study of the physiological mechanism of stroke and brain injury,the study of alteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and the development of neuroprotective agents, studies of neuroprotective agents NXY - 059,and other interventions for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Key words cluster analysis showed that physiological mechanisms of apoptosis,oxidative stress and inflammatory response disease were hot spots of neuroprotective strategy. Conclusion Up to now,there are large deve-lopment space for neuroprotective agents. The exploration regarding the neuroprotective agents is still in process. The physiological mechanisms of apoptosis,oxidative stress and inflammatory response are currently the development direction of neuroprotective agents.
