中药生殖毒性研究状况

Research status of reproductive toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine

中药生殖发育毒性的研究是目前中药毒性领域研究的热点之一。本文总结中药生殖发育毒性研究的现状并就其存在的突出问题进行探讨,发现目前主要通过对古医籍的研究或通过现代实验方法研究中药生殖毒性。本文以“中药”“生殖毒性”“发育毒性”“胚胎毒性”等为检索词,检索2010至2018年中国知网、万方、维普和Pub Med数据库,通过整理总结中药胚胎毒性研究文献,归纳出目前中药胚胎毒性的研究现状及存在的局限性,以期为后续研究提供参考。

The research on the reproductive and developmental toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) is one of the hotspots in the field of TCM toxicity. This paper summarizes the status quo of research on reproductive and developmental toxicity of TCM by searching and analyzing the literature and discusses the outstanding problems of its existence. Research or study the reproductive toxicity of TCM through modern experimental methods. In this paper," Chinese medicine"" reproductive toxicity"" developmental toxicity" and " embryonic toxicity" were used as search terms to search the database of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu and PubMed from 2010 to 2018. The current research status and limitations of TCM embryo toxicity are expected to provide reference for subsequent research.
