摘要 目的分析干化学法在快速检测谷丙转氨酶的应用。方法选2019年3月1日至2019年3月14日来我院进行社区健康体检居民109例为研究对象,分别采用速率法为对照组,干化学法为观察组,对比两种结果。结果观察组检测方式下谷丙转氨酶数据和对照组无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(T=0.064,P>0.05)。结论为健康体检居民予以干化学发进行快速谷丙转氨酶检测时所需标本量少,可用末梢血,健康体检时可操作性强,适用范围广。 Objective To analyze the application of dry chemical method in the rapid detection of alanine aminotransferase.Methods 109 residents who received community health examination in Daliang Community Health Service Center from March 1 to March 14 in 2019 for were selected for study.The residents were divided into an observation group and a control group in which dry chemical method and rate method were respectively adopted to detect alanine aminotransferase data.The detection results were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the alanine aminotransferase data between the two groups (T=0.064,P>0.05).Conclusion When dry chemical method is employed in rapid detection of alanine aminotransferase for health examination of residents,only a small quantity of sample is required and peripheral blood can be used as sample.Furthermore,the method enjoys strong operability and thus can be applied widely in health examination.
