依托卫生站联合下的养老机构对老年人慢性病一体化管理的质性研究

Qualitative Research on the Integrated Management of Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases in Nursing Institutions in Combination with Health Care Stations

目的了解依托卫生站联合下的养老机构中老年人对慢性病一体化管理的体验。方法对辖区卫生站联合下养老机构的长期(>1年)居住的10名老年人进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析访谈资料。结果提出2个主题:主题1为卫生站联合下的养老机构能个性化指导个人生活及治疗;主题2为卫生站联合下的养老机构医疗力量不足,技术水平不够。结论依托卫生站联合养老机构能够有效提高慢性病个性化指导,提升从业人员水平是慢性病一体化管理发展的重要任务。

Objective To understand the experience in integrated management of elderly patients with chronic diseases in nursing institutions in combination with health service stations.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted for 10 elderly people who had lived in nursing institutions in combination with health service stations in the administrative area for a long term (more than one year).Then the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological method.Results The following two topics were proposed.1 Personalized guidance could be provided for individual life and treatment in nursing institutions in combination with health service stations.2 The medical strength and technical level of the nursing institutions in combination with health service stations were insufficient.Conclusion Personalized guidance for elderly patients with chronic diseases can be improved in.nursing institutions in combination with health service stations.However,it is an important task to improve the level of practitioners for the development of integrated management of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
