医院体检中心财务管理优化措施

Research on Optimization Measures of Financial Management in Physical Examination Center of Hospital

伴随大众疾病预防意识、健康认识和生活水平不断提高,对健康体检需求日益增加,体检的业务疾速提高。由于体检业务利润高、市场潜力大,是医院创收和新的业务增长点,体检业务收入在医院总收入总量的比重越来越大,增强和完善体检中心财务管理日趋重要。文章同过对体检中心流程以及业务特点的分析,给出完善体检中心财务管理方法,提出优化体检中心财务管理工作方法措施。

With the increasing awareness of disease prevention and health of the public as well as the improvement of living standard,the demand for physical examination of the public is increasing day by day and thus physical examination business is also increasing rapidly.Physical examination business has become a new increasing business in profit making of hospital due to its big profit and great market potential.The total revenue earned from physical examination business accounts for an increasing proportion in the total revenue of hospital.Therefore,it is increasingly important to strengthen and improve the financial management of physical examination center.In this paper,methods and measures used to improve and optimize financial management in physical examination center of hospital were proposed.
