南宁市社区原发性老年高血压患者睡眠质量现状调查研究

A Study on Present Situation of Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Primary Hypertension in a Community of Nanning City

目的了解南宁市社区原发性老年高血压病病人睡眠质量,为相关护理干预提供理论依据。方法在2016年7月至2016年12月,使用调查分析表格、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表对已建档原发性老年高血压患者进行调查分析,这些患者符合广西南宁市西乡塘区北湖路南棉社区的诊断标准,利用体质辨识系统实现体质辨识。结果南宁市社区原发性老年高血压病病人伴随睡眠质量差(PSQI>7分)者165例(占57.0%),伴随焦虑人数为111例(38.3%),对于睡眠质量较差且伴随焦虑人数患者为101例,比率为34.8%,对于未使用睡眠改善方式的患者为279例,其比率为96.2%,其结果导致老年高血压患者睡眠质量差,多是中医体质类型中偏颇体质,99.3%的病人均未采取药物治疗及其他的治疗方式。结论原发性老年高血压病病普遍存在睡眠质量问题,尤其是偏颇体质患者,社区医护人员应加强对特殊人群的关注。

Objective To understand the present situation of sleep quality of elderly patients with primary hypertension in a community of Nanning city and thus provide theoretical basis for relevant nursing intervention. Methods The elderly patients with primary hypertension who had established health records were surveyed and analyzed by using the survey and analysis form,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),and the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) from July 2016 to December 2016.These patients met the diagnostic criteria of Beihu Road Nanmian Community in Xixiangtang District,Nanning City,Guangxi and their constitution were determined through the constitution identification system.Results Among the elderly patients with primary hypertension in the community, 165 cases (57.0%) also suffered from poor sleep quality (with PSQI score greater than 7),111 cases (38.3%) suffered from anxiety,and 101 patients (34.8%) suffered from both poor sleep quality and anxiety.279 cases didn't take methods to improve sleep quality,accounting for 96.2%.As a result,the sleep quality of elderly hypertension patients was poor and most of them had biased constitution according to TCM.Besides,among the patients with poor sleep quality, 99.3% of them didn't receive medication or other treatment.Conclusion Elderly patients with primary hypertension generally suffer from poor sleep quality,especially the patients with biased constitution.Therefore,medical staff in communities shall pay more attention to these special population.
