河口区近四年60岁以上老年人体检结果异常率分析

Analysis of Rate of Abnormal Physical Examination Results of Elderly People over 60 Years Old in Hekou District in Recent Four Years

目的统计2015-2018年河口区60岁以上老年人体检结果,在统计分析老年人的主要健康问题的基础上,为老年人的健康管理提供数据支持和科学依据,继而为河口区基本公共卫生服务工作的更有效开展探寻方向。方法通过对河口区近四年60岁以上老年人查体结果进行统计,分析体检异常情况。结果2015-2018年河口区60岁以上老年人在所有健康体检项目中,彩超异常检出率最高,为49.64%,肾功能异常检出率最低,为6.95%。血压、血脂,肝、肾功能,心电图、彩超,血、尿常规异常检出率在2016-2018年逐年呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论河口区60岁以上老年人血压、血脂,肝、肾功能,心电图、彩超,血、尿常规异常检出率在2016-2018年逐年升高。

Objective To make statistics on physical examination results of elderly people over 60 years old in Hekou District from 2015 to 2018,provide data support and scientific basis for the health management of elderly people on the basis of statistical analysis of major health problems,and then explore work direction for more effective development of basic public health services in Hekou District.Methods Statistics were made on the physical examination results of elderly people over 60 years old in Hekou District in the past four years.Then the physical examination abnormalities were analyzed.Results Among all health examination items of the elderly people over 60 years old in Hekou District from 2015 to 2018,color ultrasound had the highest detection rate of abnormalities of 49.64%,and renal function had the lowest detection rate of abnormalities of 6.95%.The detection rates of abnormalities in blood pressure,blood lipids,liver and kidney function,ECG,color ultrasound,blood and urine routine examination tended to increase year by year from 2016 to 2018 (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rates of abnormalities in blood pressure,blood lipids,liver and kidney function,ECG,color ultrasound,blood and urine routine examination of the elderly people over 60 years old in Hekou District increased year by year from 2016 to 2018.
