个体化延续护理在老年高血压患者中的应用及临床效果

Application and Clinical Effects of Individual Continuity of Care in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的针对老年高血压的治疗,回顾性分析采用个体化延续护理的临床疗效。方法本次研究在2017年10月至2018年10月期间展开,研究对象为我院诊治的116例老年高血压患者,其中58例患者采取常规护理措施为对照组,余下58例患者采取个体化延续护理为观察组。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分与护理满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在老年高血压的治疗中运用个体化延续护理可以让患者的生活质量和护理满意度得到显著的提高。

Objective To study the clinical effects of individual continuity of care in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension by retrospective analysis.Methods The study lasted from October 2017 to October 2018, during which 116 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in Tengzhou Chaihudian Town Health Care Center were selected.Among the patients,58 patients who were provided routine nursing constituted a control group, while the remaining 58 patients who received individual continuity of care constituted an observation group.Results The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The application of individual continuity of care in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension can significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction degree of patients.
