电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法在晚期中心型肺癌患者中的实践分析

Analysis of Practical Effects of Electronic Bronchoscopy-assisted Interventional Cryotherapy on Patients with Advanced Central-type Lung Cancer

目的分析电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法在晚期中心型肺癌患者中的实践效果。方法纳入100例我院在2016年10月至2018年10月期间收治的晚期中心型肺癌患者,将其按照盲选方法分为对照组50例和治疗组50例。对照组给予全身化疗治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法治疗,评估两组的疗效。结果治疗组治疗后的肺功能指标和血气指标改善情况优于对照组,其临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法治疗晚期中心型肺癌疗效显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the practical effects of electronic bronchoscopy-assisted interventional cryotherapy on patients with advanced central-type lung cancer.Methods 100 cases of advanced central-type lung cancer who were treated in Santai County People's Hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to blind selection method,with 50 cases in each group.Systemic chemotherapy was adopted in the control group,while electronic bronchoscopyassisted interventional cryotherapy combined with systemic chemotherapy was employed in the observation group. The treatment effects of the patients in the two groups were assessed.Results Pulmonary function indexes and blood gas indexes of the patients in the observation group were improved more than those in the control group,and the clinical effects were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic bronchoscopy-assisted interventional cryotherapy enjoys significant effects in the treatment of patients with advanced central-type lung cancer.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
