涤痰汤治疗坠积性肺炎临床观察

Exploring the Clinical Effects of Phlegm-Eliminating Decoction in the Treatment of Hypostatic Pneumonia

目的探究涤痰汤治疗坠积性肺炎的效果。方法通过随机分组的方式将我院接收的50例坠积性肺炎患者分成西医治疗组(n=24)和涤痰汤治疗组(n=26),对两组患者治疗后问题的改善情况进行对比和分析。结果涤痰汤治疗组经过治疗后体温恢复时间(3.03±1.21)天和咳嗽消失时间(5.44±1.03)天均短于西医治疗组经过治疗后体温恢复时间(5.47±2.68)天和咳嗽消失时间(7.86±2.35)天,并且涤痰汤治疗组经过治疗后睡眠质量评分(93.03±2.21)分和精神状态评分(95.44±3.03)分均显著高于西医治疗组经过治疗后睡眠质量评分(80.47±1.48)分和精神状态评分(79.86±1.35)分(P<0.05)。结论对坠积性肺炎患者联合使用抗生素和涤痰汤,对于患者症状缓解时间的缩短有着积极的推动作用,同时也有利于促进患者生活质量的提升,拥有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effects of phlegm-eliminating decoction in treatment of hypostatic pneumonia.Methods 50 cases of hypostatic pneumonia who were admitted to Jilin Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected for study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 26 cases in each group.Western medicine treatment was adopted in the control group while phlegm-eliminating decoction was provided in the observation group.The illness alleviation of the patients after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The time before temperature recovery and cough disappearance of the patients in the observation group were 3.03±1.21 days and 5.44±1.03 days respectively,shorter than those in the observation group which were 5.47±2.68 days and 7.86±2.35 days respectively.Moreover,the scores of sleep quality and mental state of the patients in the observation group were 93.03±2.21 and 95.44±3.03 respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group which are 80.47±1.48 and 79.86±1.35 respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of antibiotics and phlegm-eliminating decoction in the treatment of patients with hypostatic pneumonia enjoys marked treatment effects.It can shorten the symptom relief time and improve the quality of life of the patients.
