患儿由于对静脉穿刺的恐惧、哭闹、躁动等不愿配合及家庭护理不周等而导致留置针易打折、脱出等并发症的发生而影响治疗效果,脱落原因与固定方法有着直接的关系。因此,良好的固定是保证留置针静脉输液顺利进行的关键。

Due to the children's fear of intravenous puncture,crying,restlessness and poor family care,the indwelling needles are easy to break or fall off,thus affecting the treatment effect.The reason for falling off is directly related to the fixing method.Therefore,secure fixing is key to keeping the indwelling needs in position and ensuring smooth intravenous infusion.
