护理干预对小儿轮状病毒肠炎治疗效果的影响及临床意义

Effects and Clinical Significance of Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

目的探讨护理干预对小儿轮状病毒肠炎治疗效果的影响及临床意义。方法此次研究选取的研究对象为小儿轮状病毒肠炎56例,根据护理方式不同进行分组,分别为常规组(28例)与干预组(28例),给予常规组常规护理,给予干预组护理干预,比对两组患儿治疗情况与护理满意度,进行统计学分析。结果比对两组患儿腹泻缓解时间、发热缓解时间与住院时间,干预组均优于常规组,组间差异呈P<0.05,表示存在统计学意义。比对两组患儿护理满意度,干预组明显优于常规组,组间差异呈P<0.05,表示存在统计学意义。结论对小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿实施护理干预,有效缩短治疗时间,提高满意度,具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects and clinical significance of nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods 56 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods,with 28 cases in each group.Routine nursing was provided in the control group and nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group.The treatment effects and nursing satisfaction of the child patients were compared between the two groups. Then statistical analysis was made.Results According to comparison,the diarrhea duration,fever duration,and hospitalization duration of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients with nursing in the observation was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis can effectively shorten treatment time,improve satisfaction degree,and enjoys significant treatment effects.
