呼吸内科住院患者肺部真菌感染分析与预防

Analysis and Prevention of Pulmonary Fungal Infection in Inpatients of Respiratory Medicine Department

目的对呼吸内科住院部病患出现肺部真菌感染的情况及其预防措施进行分析研究。方法选择于2017年8月至2018年8月进入我院呼吸内科接受治疗的94例肺部真菌感染病患进行分组研究,分组为对照组与观察组,每组各47例,对对照组病患采用常规护理模式进行护理与治疗,对观察组则采用针对性护理模式进行护理与治疗,对两组病患感染过程中的真菌构成比和治疗疗效比率进行对比与分析。结果所有94例病患所感染的真菌主要包括白色念珠菌、伪热带念珠菌等,且在治疗和护理过程中观察组的治疗比率明显高于观察组,其结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对呼吸内科出现肺部真菌感染的患者应根据其感染真菌类型和具体情况采取相应护理和治疗措施,同时通过采取预防措施,对病患合理用药,能够降低病患的真菌感染率和发病率,提升病患健康水平,在临床应用中具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the status of pulmonary fungal infection in the inpatient of Department of Respiratory Medicine,and to propose preventive measures.Methods 94 patients with pulmonary fungal infection who were admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Guiyang Public Health Medical Center from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected for analysis.They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 47 cases in each group.Routine nursing and targeted nursing were respectively adopted in the control group and the observation for patient nursing and treatment.The fungal composition and therapeutic effectiveness in infection process of the patients were compared between the two groups and analyzed.Results The main fungi that all the 94 patients infected with mainly included candida albicans and candida pseudotropicalis.Moreover,in the treatment and nursing process,the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Corresponding nursing and treatment shall be taken for patients with pulmonary fungal infection of the Department of Respiratory Medicine according to the types and specific status of fungal infection.Meanwhile,it is of great clinical significance to reduce fungal infection and incidence of diseases and improve health level of the patients by taking preventive measures and providing rational medication for patients.
