重型妊娠合并高血压病患者院前急救的护理方法及效果分析

Analysis of Methods and Effects of Nursing during First Aid Outside Hospital for Patients with Severe Gestational Hypertension

目的阐述、探讨重型妊娠合并高血压病患者院前急救的护理方法,总结其应用效果。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年6月收治的40例重型妊娠合并高血压病患者作为研究对象,参照随机抽签形式,将其划分为2组。对比组采取常规护理手段,研究组选择细节护理。结果就重型妊娠合并高血压病患者,在院前急救阶段,选择不同的护理方式,对比两组抢救并发症发生率,研究组明显低于对比组。研究组患者与对比组患者选取不同的护理方式,就护理满意度对比,研究组明显优于对比组。两组患者各项指标对比,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论就重型妊娠合并高血压病患者,选择细节护理方式,可实现患者生存质量的提升,保障重型妊娠合并高血压病患者临床护理满意度,切实维护母婴安全,应用效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explain and discuss the nursing methods during first aid outside hospital for patients with severe gestational hypertension and summarize the effects of the nursing methods.Methods 40 patients with severe gestational hypertension who were admitted to Weihai Second Municipal Hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery.Traditional nursing was provided for the control group,and detailed nursing for the observation group.Results For patients with severe gestational hypertension,different nursing methods were provided during first aid outside hospital for the two groups.Comparison between the two groups indicates that the complication rate after first aid for the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.In addition,patients' satisfaction with nursing for the observation group was significantly better than that for the control group.The difference in various indicators between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe gestational hypertension, detailed nursing can improve their life quality,ensure their satisfaction of clinical nursing,and effectively guarantee the safety of the mother and baby.Detailed nursing has significant effects and shall be promoted and widely applied.
