单纯生物电反馈治疗及生物电反馈联合磁刺激疗法治疗不同年龄段女性盆底肌康复效果探讨

Exploring the Effects of Bioelectric Feedback Therapy and the Therapy of Bioelectric Feedback Combined with Magnetic Stimulation on Rehabilitation of Pelvic Floor Muscles in Women of Different Ages

目的探讨生物电反馈治疗仪和生物电反馈联合磁刺激疗法对不同年龄组女性盆底肌提升和康复的效果。方法选取来本院就诊的盆底病例41例,分为两组,A组:患者年龄在20-40岁,平均30岁,产后42天。B组:患者年龄在36-56岁,平均46岁,产后5年以上。针对门诊评估结果和指检肌力采用不同的治疗方法。A组采用欧洲生物反馈治疗仪,B组采用欧洲生物反馈治疗仪+功能性磁刺激,联合治疗,配合家庭训练,肌力提升达到20uv以后,再以阴道哑铃进行辅助锻炼治疗。结果观察两组病例患者盆底肌功能障碍治疗效果及肌力恢复情况,两组治疗效果无显著差异。分别观察两组治疗前和治疗后的结果有明显差异性。有统计学意义。41例中,松弛型、盆底运动协调性差、压力型尿失禁、遗尿、疼痛、便秘等症状均得到改善或治愈。结论针对不同年龄段女性采用不同的盆底肌康复治疗方案能有效促进盆底功能的恢复,疗效显著。值得肯定和推广,报告如下。

Objective To investigate the effects of bioelectric feedback therapy and therapy of bioelectric feedback combined with magnetic stimulation on the improvement and rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles in women of different ages.Methods 41 patients with pelvic floor diseases who were admitted to Linshu County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected for study.They were divided into group A and group B.Group A consisted of the patients of 42 days after delivery with ages between 20 and 40 and an average age of 30.Group B comprised the patients of more than 5 years after delivery with ages between 36 and 56 and an average age of 46.Different treatment methods were adopted in the two groups according to assessment results from outpatient service and finger-examination muscle strength.European biofeedback therapeutic instrument was employed in group A,while European biofeedback therapeutic instrument combined with functional magnetic stimulation was adopted in group B. Family training was adopted to assist in the treatment meanwhile and after muscle strength increased to 20 uv,vaginal dumbbells was used to assist in exercise and therapy.Results There was no significant differences in the therapeutic effects of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and the recovery of muscle strength between the two groups.According to observation,there was statistically significant deference before and after treatment in the two groups.Symptoms such as relaxation,poor coordination of pelvic floor movement,stress urinary incontinence,enuresis,pain and constipation were alleviated or cured for the 41 patients.Conclusion The application of different rehabilitation therapies for women of different ages can effectively promote the recovery of pelvic floor function and enjoys remarkable treatment effects. Therefore,it is worthy of affirmation and promotion.Relevant report is as follows.
