摘要
针对企业铁路站场环境复杂,作业频度高、种类繁多的特点,提出一种调车作业自动安全防护预警系统的解决方案.采用GPS导航定位技术和调车车列智能滤波定位算法,对调车车列进行追踪定位.通过调车车列安全防护预警曲线计算方法,结合联锁系统的调车信号、进路控制信息,对调车车列进行超速防护预警.该系统通过对调车作业计划、作业执行的全程管控,以车-地交互的方式对调车作业中可能出现的各种风险进行预警,可有效降低调车人员的劳动强度,显著提高站内调车的安全性和作业效率.
This paper puts forward a solution of automatic safety protection and early warning system for shunting operation,aiming at coping with complex situations and busy operations of an enterprise railway.The GPS navigation and positioning technology and an intelligent filter location algorithm are adopted to track down train sets under shunting.By using a calculation method of safety protection and early warning curve,warning of potential risks in shunting operation can be generated in combination with shunting signals and route control data from the interlocking system.Through monitoring the whole-process execution of the shunting operation plan,early warnings can be brought forth against various risks in shunting operations in a locomotiveground interaction mode,effectively reducing the labor intensity of the shunting operators and substantially improving the safety and efficiency of shunting operations in station and yards.
