文章以地方高校二级教学单位科研管理工作与科研队伍建设为研究对象,探讨工作现状及不足之处,分析解决问题的途径,提出科研管理有效性的策略和科研队伍建设的有效途径,为地方高校二级教学单位可持续发展提供建议。

This paper took the research and development of scientific research and research teams in the secondary teaching units of local universities as the research objects,explored the current situation and weaknesses of the work,analyzed ways to solve problems,and put forward strategies for the effectiveness of scientific research management and effective ways to build scientific research teams,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of secondary teaching units in local universities.
