摘要
杭州师范大学附属医院骨科病房自2016年1月起实施护理主管负责制的护理模式,分别设立护理业务主管与总务主管,并制订严格的工作职责,做到适度分权和授权,严格执行考核制度。经对患者的问卷调查,患者满意度较实施前明显提高,P <0. 05;病房护理质量、护理文书书写及健康教育评分也明显高于实施前,护士考核成绩明显优于实施前,P <0. 05,科室月收入提高、低耗材料支出明显减少,P <0. 05。实践证明,实施护理主管负责制的护理模式可明显提高护理质量,提高收入,节约开支。
The mode of nursing supervisor responsibility system has been implemented in Department of Orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University since January 2016. Positions of nursing business supervisor and general affair supervisor have been set respectively,and strict job responsibilities have been formulated to achieve appropriate decentralization and authorization and to implement strictly the assessment system. According to the questionnaire survey results of the patients the patient satisfaction was significantly improved in comparison with that before the implementation of the system( P < 0. 05). And the quality of nursing care,the writing of nursing documents and the score of health education were also significantly higher than those before the implementation,moreover,the nurses performance was significantly better than that before the implementation( P< 0. 05). The monthly income of the department increased and the expenditure for low-cost materials decreased significantly( P < 0. 05). It has been proved that the implementation of nursing supervisor responsibility system can significantly improve the quality of nursing care,increase income,and cut down expenses.
