权利不对等条件下的“农超对接”收益分配

Profit Distribution of Farmer-Supermarket Direct Purchase Model with Unequal Power

“农超对接”是农产品流通的重要创新模式之一。当前关于“农超对接”模式研究主要基于合作成员权利对等的假设,但现实成员因拥有资源或所处地位不同,权利不对等现象普遍存在。本文从合作成员的参与贡献度和联盟结构地位差异两个角度研究“农超对接”中的权利不对等情形,并通过考虑权重权利指数的修正Shapley值和限制结盟结构的Average Tree Solution(A-T解)给出权利不对等下的相应收益分配策略。研究表明,“农超对接”中各参与成员的获利能力不仅取决于它对合作收益的边际贡献程度,同时也取决于成员所在合作联盟结构及其所处的具体位置。此研究可解释现实“农超对接”合作收益分配中的“不公平”现象,也为深入探讨农产品流通中参与成员综合地位差异问题提供决策依据。

"Farmer-Supermarket Direct Purchase( FSDP) " model is one of the important innovative in agricultural product circulation. The current research about FSDP is based on the assumption that players have equal power. However,it’s not truth in fact. Power inequality in FSDP is common because the players have different resources,status and so on. From the perspective of contribution degree and alliance position different,the unequal power of FSDP is researched,in which the modified Shapley value method by introducing weight power index and the A-T method by considering position difference are proposed,then the profit distribution strategy concern unequal rights is given. This research shows that the profitability of each participant in the cooperation is not only depending on their marginal contribution to the cooperative income,but also on the alliance structure and their location. In addition,it can explain the "unequal"profit distribution in the reality FSDP,and provide an effective decision-making basis for further exploring the differences strength and status of participants in the circulation of agricultural products.
