循证医学临床稽查评价方法的引入及其在中医药临床实践中的应用展望

目前,临床医生对中医临床实践指南等行业公认标准的依从性及执行力较低,导致了中医药临床诊疗水平不够规范以及医疗资源的浪费。临床稽查作为一种快速评价临床诊疗行为并能确保实施持续改进措施的循证医学方法,可为临床实践决策、医保政策制定、药品临床应用等提供重要依据,并为临床实践指南的适用性和应用性评价提供参考。基于国内外相关临床稽查评价方法的研究及进展,将其引入中医药临床实践中并对其应用前景进行探讨,以期丰富中医临床疗效的评价方法和诊疗水平的提高。

At present, clinicians have low compliance and enforcement on the industry-recognized standards of TCM clinical practice guidelines,leading to the de-normalization in the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM and wasting of medical resources.As an evidence-based medical method for rapid evaluation of clinical diagnosis and treatment and implementation of continuous improvement measures, clinical audit can provide important basis for clinical practice decision-making, medical insurance policy formulation, drug clinical application, etc. In addition, clinical audit provides a reference for the applicability and applicability of clinical practice guidelines.Based on the research and progress of relevant evaluation methods of clinical audit at home and abroad, we introduce it into the clinical practice of TCM and discuss its application prospectsin order to enrich the evaluation methods of clinical efficacy of TCM and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
