Compatibility Significance of Psoralea Fruit with Nutmeg as Core Medical Combinations of Sishen Pill Via Theoretical Proof

目的:论证四神丸中补骨脂、肉豆蔻作为核心药对在该方的配伍意义。方法:通过对四神丸古今文献总结、分析,从中医方剂配伍理论、中医文献资料、现代药理研究、中医临床运用等方面进行论述。结果:补骨脂、肉豆蔻作为四神丸的核心药对治疗脾肾阳虚泄泻效果显著,二者常配伍使用。结论:补骨脂与肉豆蔻是四神丸中不可或缺的重要组成部分,其配伍地位不容小觑。因此临床上熟练掌握并灵活应用核心药对显得尤为重要。

Objective: To demonstrate the significance of Psoralea Fruit with Nutmeg as core medical combinations of Sishen Pill. Methods: According to summary and analysis related to the ancient and modern literature of Sishen Pill,it discussed them through TCM formulae compatibility theory,literature record,modern pharmacological research and clinical application,etc. Results: Psoralea Fruit and Nutmeg are often used in various kinds of diarrhea diseases with syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney as the core of Sishen Pill. Both of them are often used in compatibility.Conclusion: Psoralea Fruit and Nutmeg are integral parts of Sishen Pill and their compatibility is not to be underestimated. So it is particularly important to master and apply the core couplet medicines flexibly in clinic.
