基于中医传承辅助平台的石岩教授治疗甲状腺结节的用药规律分析

Analysis on Rule of SHI Yan Treating Thyroid Nodules Based on Auxiliary Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

目的:通过分析石岩教授诊治甲状腺结节的临证经验及用药规律,并为挖掘甲状腺结节的用药规律分析以及为新药研发提供参考。方法:通过临床医案采集数据,结合"中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5)",采用关联规则分析法、聚类分析法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等高级数据挖掘方法,统计分析用药组成及特点;双人筛选并录入信息,构建石岩教授治疗甲状腺结节的中药数据库,对数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布及用药频次统计,组方规律、药物组合分析。结果:共纳入143个病例,涉及药物138味,辛、苦,寒为高频性味,肝、脾和心经为高频归经。出现频数分析症状最高的为便溏、胸闷、胸痛和失眠等。结论:通过数据挖掘的方法,总结出石岩教授治疗甲状腺结节时是在软坚散结的基础上辨证选用,创建了以病为核心辨证治理体系,为进一步的科学研究及临床提供数据支撑。

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Qiming Granule on diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Through the collection of clinical medical records, combined with the software’s analysis system, advanced data mining methods such as association rule analysis method, cluster analysis method, improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and statistical analysis were used. Two researchers recorded the information, constructed SHI Yan’s database for the treatment, and used the software-integrated data mining method to analyze the data of the four natures, five tastes, the distribution of the menstruation, and the frequency of medication use. Results: A total of 143 cases were included, involving 138 drugs, pungent and bitter and cold as the high-frequency taste and nature, and the liver, spleen and heart meridians as the high-frequency meridians. The most frequent symptoms of frequency analysis were loose stools, chest tightness, chest pain and insomnia. Conclusion:Through the method of data mining, it summed up the syndrome differentiation system for thyroid nodules on the basis of softening and dispersing the mass and provide the data support for further scientific research.
