摘要
教师发展是高校发展之基,教学发展是教师发展之基。梳理国内外教师教学发展理论,结合我国高校教师教学发展实际,确定我国普通本科院校教师教学发展指数研发目的、对象、原则以及"6+1"指标体系和模型,即教师团队、教改项目、教材项目、教学论文、教学成果奖、教师培训基地以及教师教学竞赛。通过多渠道数据采集,对我国普通本科院校教师教学发展指数进行研发,并分析其概貌和特点。在数据分析基础上,对我国普通本科院校教师教学发展的进一步治理提出启示与建议。
Teacher development is the foundation of university development, and teaching development is the foundation of teacher development. Based on the theory of teacher development at home and abroad, combined with the actual situations in colleges and universities in China, the purpose, object, principle and "6+1" indicator system of the teacher teaching development of colleges and universities in China are determined. The content of the "6 +1" indicator system includes teacher team, teaching reform project, teaching material project, teaching paper, teaching achievement award, teacher training base and teacher teaching competition. Through multi-channel data collection, the research of the teaching development indicator of teachers in ordinary undergraduate colleges in China is researched, and its profile and characteristics are analyzed. Based on the data analysis, the enlightenments and suggestions for the further development of teachers’ teaching development in undergraduate colleges in China are proposed.
