高等职业教育是建设人才强国的重要支撑,是普及高等教育的积极力量,也是缓解就业矛盾的关键主体。现阶段高等教育受众的多元性,使得高等职业教育必须要因应多元群体的实际需求,如赋能新时代高技能人才培养、赋能新时代社会大众就业、赋能公众职业价值观的塑造。基于此,高职院校应根据不同群体的特点制定考试招生制度,基于不同群体的需求设计人才培养方案,依据不同群体的实际构建考核评价体系。

Higher vocational education is the important support for talent development, the positive strength of popularizing higher education and the key subject to ease the contradiction of employment. The diversity of audiences of higher education at the present stage, makes it necessary that higher vocational education responds to the actual needs of diverse group, like empowering highly skilled personnel training, employment promotion and occupational values forming of the public in the new ear. In this, higher vocational schools should establish entrance examination and enrolment systems according to characteristics of different groups, design talent training programs based on needs of different groups and build assessment systems on the basis of actual situation of different groups.
