外源酚酸对降香黄檀幼苗生长和养分吸收的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Exogenous Phenolic Acids on Growth and Nutrient Absorption of Dalbergia odorifera Seedlings

摘要 以降香黄檀幼苗为试验材料,参照二代巨尾桉×降香黄檀人工林土壤中6种酚酸质量分数(X),设置3个酚酸含量水平(0.5X,1.0X和2.0X,以蒸馏水作为对照),分析其对降香黄檀幼苗生长及养分吸收的影响。结果显示:不同含量酚酸类物质对降香黄檀幼苗苗高、根冠比、叶片Mg含量表现为抑制效应;对其地上生物量、总生物量及叶片N含量表现为促进效应;其地径及叶片P,K及Fe含量在酚酸含量为0.5X及1.0X时表现为促进效应,酚酸含量为2.0X时表现为抑制效应。由综合敏感指数可知,苯甲酸、水杨酸对降香黄檀幼苗有一定的化感抑制作用,对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、阿魏酸和香豆酸有一定的促进作用,这为进一步评价其混交效果提供科学依据。 Taking the seedlings of Dalbergia odorifera as the experimental material,the phenolic acid content ( X ) in the soil of the second-generation Eucalyptus urophylla × Dalbergia odorifera plantation was set,and the concentration of three phenolic acids was set (0.5 X,1.0X,2.0X ,using distilled water as a control) to analyze its effect on the growth and nutrient uptake of Dalbergia odorifera .The results showed that different concentrations of phenolic acids inhibited the seedling height,root-shoot ratio and Mg contents of Dalbergia odorifera seedlings,and promoted above-ground biomass,total biomass and leaf N content.The ground diameter and leaf P,K and Fe contents showed a promoting effect at a concentration of 0.5 X and 1.0 X .When the concentration was increased by 2.0 X ,the inhibitory effect was observed.According to the comprehensive sensitivity index,benzoic acid and salicylic acid have certain allelopathic effects on the seedlings of Dalbergia odorifera ,and p -hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillic acid,ferulic acid and coumaric acid have certain promoting effects,which provided a scientific basis for evaluating the mixed effect.
