摘要
天冠集团从建厂始终坚持着混合原料发酵的传统,为节粮奠定了良好的基础,但原料的多样性,优化工艺一直是一线科研的重点。本文对超贮稻谷的酒精生产工艺进行了研究,分析了生产中存在的问题及解决方法。
Tianguan Group has always adhered to the tradition of fermentation of mixed raw materials since its establishment,which laid a good foundation for grain saving.However,the raw materials is diversity,so the optimization of technology have always been the focus of frontline scientific research.In this paper,the liquefaction conditions of overstorage rice are studied,and the existing problems and solutions in production are analyzed.
