ZDMA补强杜仲胶形状记忆复合材料的制备及性能

摘要 制备了原位生成甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)增强的杜仲橡胶形状记忆复合材料,采用过氧化物硫化体系,分别考察了不同的硫化剂用量以及ZDMA生成量对杜仲胶复合材料的硫化特性、力学性能、结晶性能、形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明,在原位生成ZDMA量一定时,适度的交联可以使复合材料保持良好的力学性能,并获得优异的形状记忆性能;在硫化剂用量一定时,加入一定量的ZDMA可以提升硫化剂的硫化效率,提高复合材料的力学性能,同时获得优异的形状记忆性能。 In this paper,Eucommia shape memory composites were prepared and reinforced by in-situ synthesis of ZDMA.The effects of curing agent content and the ZDMA content on the vulcanization,mechanical properties and shape memory properties of composites were investigated in peroxide curing system.The results showed that moderate cross-linking allowed the composites to maintain good mechanical properties and excellent shape memory properties with fixed ZDMA content and the moderate ZDMA content allowed the composites to improve the curing rate and the mechanical properties of the composites while obtaining excellent shape memory properties.
