超临界发泡聚氨酯安全轮胎的设计与仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 以235/45R18型子午线轮胎为研究对象,设计了一种新型的缺气保用安全轮胎。基于非线性有限元软件ABAQUS创建有限元模型,采用实测材料数据,对轮胎模型进行了静态力学分析。结果表明,安全轮胎能够在标准气压的状况下正常行驶,与普通轮胎相比,下沉量变化不大;当轮胎气压减小时,普通轮胎下沉量呈现指数型增长,而安全轮胎下沉量增长缓慢;当轮胎气压为0MPa时,安全轮胎下沉量仅比正常使用时增加了5.9mm,远远低于普通轮胎的下沉量,内支撑体无明显应力集中现象,受力分布均匀。 A new type of run-flat safety tire was designed based on 235/45R18 tire.The finite element model was created based on the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS.The static model of the tire model was analyzed by using the measured material data.The results show that the safety tire can run normally under the standard air pressure.Compared with the ordinary tire,the sinking amount does not change much;when the tire air pressure decreases,the ordinary tire sinking amount increases exponentially,and the safety tire sinks the amount.The growth is slow;when the tire pressure is 0 MPa,the amount of safety tire sinking is only 5.86 mm higher than that in normal use,which is much lower than that of ordinary tires.In this time,there is no obvious stress concentration in the inner support body,the force distribution is uniform.
