摘要
针对目前采用滚球法测量橡胶黏度时存在相机标定流程复杂及检测耗时多的问题,提出一种改进的计算机视觉测量胶料表面黏性技术。通过优化光源,引入感兴趣区域,提高了测量精度,降低了图像处理复杂度;引入一维标定板,简化了标定流程,降低了硬件成本与安装难度。
Aiming at the complicated calibration process of the camera and time-consuming inspection for measuring rubber viscosity by rolling ball method,an improved computer vision technology for measuring rubber surface viscosity was proposed.By optimizing the light source and introducing the region of interest,the accuracy of measurement is improved and the complexity of image processing is reduced.By introducing one-dimensional calibration board,the calibration process is simplified and the hardware cost and installation difficulty are reduced.
