摘要
研究了一种低成本的空气弹簧外层胶配方,通过在天然橡胶(NR)配方中添加再生胶粉以降低实际生产成本。结果表明,添加20~30份再生胶粉制备的胶料,耐老化性能、耐疲劳性能符合国家标准要求,生产成本可降低10%~15%;且采用该配方生产的空气弹簧成品疲劳实验次数达到650万次左右,各项性能符合空气弹簧橡胶气囊外层胶的要求,可满足产品的使用寿命。
This paper mainly studies the formulation of a low-cost air spring outer layer rubber.By adding recycled rubber powder to the natural rubber formula to reduce the production cost,the results showed that the aging resistance and fatigue resistance of the rubber compound prepared by adding 20~30 parts of recycled rubber powder can meet the requirements of national standards,and the production cost can be reduced by 10%~15%.Moreover,the aging resistance and fatigue resistance of the rubber compound prepared by using the formula are excellent,and the fatigue test frequency of the air spring product produced by the formula reaches about 6.5 million times,and the performance meets the requirements of the outer rubber of the air spring rubber airbag,and can satisfy service life of the product.
