发展通用航空短途运输飞行服务,既是当下超大城市及城市群快速互联互通的迫切需求,更是通用航空产业转型升级提速发展的内因需要。以通用航空短途运输飞行服务发展基础及实施组织为研究内容,从发展意义、基础条件、体系策略等方面分析通用航空短途运输的发展体系,以粤港澳大湾区直升机“城际飞”为例提出发展路径与建议。

The development of general aviation short-distance flight services is not only an urgent need for rapid interconnection and intercommunication of megacities and urban agglomerations,but also an internal requirement for the rapid development of the transformation and upgrading of the general aviation industry. Focusing on the general aviation short-distance transportation flight service development foundation and implementation organization, the paper analyzes the development system of general aviation short-distance transportation from the aspects of development significance, foundation condition, system strategy, and reflection on problems, and brings forth development path and suggestions with helicopter "inter-city flight" in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area as the example.
