秦代货币思想略考

Study on Monetary Thought in Qin Dynasty

秦国在中国历史和国家治理思想上具有奠基意义。作为中国历史上第一个真正意义上大一统的封建国家体制与形态,其所制定的政治制度、行政制度、经济制度,对后世中国历史产生着极其深远的影响。货币财政制度是中国经济史及中国经济思想史的核心问题。结合《史记》、云梦睡虎地秦简等文献,对秦代货币制度及思想进行归纳梳理,并分析了秦代货币流通的历史现实,探讨了秦代货币结构思想、秦代货币管理制度思想、秦代货币间的科学换算关系,以及秦代货币制度理想与货币现实的不一致性。秦代货币的思想、管理体制及实践方式有其独特性、创造性及适用性,对后世中国古代社会的货币制度的设计与发展有深远的影响。在今天全球货币多元化及数字化时代也有一定的现实启发意义。

Qin Dynasty has a foundational significance in Chinese history and national governance. As the first truly feudal state system and form in Chinese history, its political system, administrative system, and economic system have had a profound impact on the history of China and later generations. The monetary and fiscal system is the core issue of the history of Chinese economy and the history of China’s economic thought. In this paper, the monetary system and thoughts of the Qin dynasty are summarized and sorted based on documents such as Historical Records and Qin Bamboo Slips in Yunmeng, and the historical reality of currency circulation of the Qin dynasty is analyzed. The monetary structure thoughts, monetary management system thoughts and scientific conversion relations between currencies of the Qin dynasty are discussed. The thought, management system and practice of money in Qin dynasty had its uniqueness, creativeness and applicability.
