基于利益相关者满意度的旅游环境资源绩效评估研究

Study on Tourism Environmental Resources Performance Evaluation Based on Stakeholders Satisfaction

旅游环境资源是指自然存在或历史形成的产物,对旅游业可持续发展意义重大,对其开发绩效进行评估可以了解其目前发展状态,科学指导政策制定方向。首先基于利益相关者满意度视角构建了旅游环境资源绩效评估指标体系,用层次分析法与熵值法相结合的方式确定了指标权重,然后以大连市为例,运用模糊综合评价法对旅游环境资源绩效进行了实证研究。结果显示,大连旅游环境资源开发绩效总体较好,其中旅游企业和旅游者视角的经营绩效和市场绩效很好,而社区居民视角的社会绩效较差,指明了未来政策努力方向。

Tourism environmental resources refer to natural resources or history heritage generally and significant to tourism sustainable development.The evaluation of their current development performance can give a scientific direction to strategy and policy formulation.In this paper,firstly,base on the the perspective of stakeholders satisfaction to build the performance evaluation index system of tourism environmental resources;and then index weight was calculated with the methods of AHP and Entropy method.Finally,Dalian City is taken as an example,tourism environmental resources performance was studied empirically with the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Our results show that the comprehensive performance of tourism environmental resources in Dalian City was good of which the operational and market performance based on both tourism companies and tourists.However,the social performance from the perspective of communities was relatively poor which should be the spolicy makers’ priority consideration in the future.
