The construction of grass-roots party organizations in Colleges and universities is the foundation of the party building work in colleges and universities,which is related to the fundamental mission of enhancing morality and fostering talents,and also related to the purpose of running schools and the fundamental problems of personnel training.In the new era,we should accurately grasp the new situation and tasks,strengthen the political,organizational and service functions of grass-roots party organizations in Colleges and universities,and promote the integration of party building and central work,so we can prompt the implemonting the “three outstanding”.
