摘要 目的优选藿夏胶囊的提取和成型工艺。方法以提取时间、水量、次数为3因素,以淫羊藿苷、迷迭香酸含量和干膏率为评价指标,采用L9(3^4)正交试验优选提取工艺;筛选填充剂的种类与比例、润湿剂的体积分数与用量、最适干燥温度、空胶囊规格,并测定堆密度和临界相对湿度。结果最佳提取工艺为以10倍量水(首次为13倍)提取3次,每次2h;采用湿法制粒,以磷酸钙为填充剂,供试品与磷酸钙的比例为1∶4(m/m),50%乙醇为润湿剂,供试品与50%乙醇的比例为1∶0.48(m/V),干燥温度为60℃,颗粒临界相对湿度为63.83%,填入0号胶囊中得藿夏胶囊。结论该工艺合理可行,所制得的颗粒成型较好。 Objective To optimize the extraction process and molding technology of Huoxia Capsules. Methods The extraction process was optimized by L9( 3^4) orthogonal test with taking the extraction time,water amount and extraction times as factors,and taking the contents of icariin,rosmarinic acid and dry cream as indexes. The types and ratio of stuffing bulking agent,volume fraction and dosage of wetting agent,optimum drying temperature and specification of empty capsules were screened,and the bulk density and critical relative humidity were detected. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: extracted three times with 10 times the amount of water( 13 times the amount of water for the first extraction) for 2 h each time. The wet granulation was adopted and the optimum molding technology was as follows: calcium phosphate was taken as the filling agent,the ratio of Huoxia powder and calcium phosphate was 1 ∶ 4( m/m),and 50% ethanol was taken as the wetting agent,the ratio of the sample to 50% ethanol was 1 ∶ 0. 48( m/V),the drying temperature was 60 ℃,and the critical relative humidity of the granule was 63. 83%. All of these were filled into No. 0 capsule to obtain the Huoxia Capsule. Conclusion The process is reasonable and feasible,and the prepared granules have good moldability.
