Optimization of Ethanol Precipitation Process of Panax Ginseng and Pueraria Lobata Concentrated Decoction by Response Surface Method

摘要 目的优选人参葛根煎膏的醇沉工艺。方法采用响应曲面法,以乙醇体积分数和醇沉时间为考察因素,沉淀率和总皂苷含量为评价指标进行工艺优选。结果优选工艺为乙醇体积分数60%,醇沉24h,沉淀率为76.09%,总皂苷含量为3.77%,经验证,该工艺稳定、合理可行。结论制得的煎膏符合产品质量标准,可用于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the ethanol precipitation process of Panax ginseng and Pueraria lobata concentrated decoction.Methods The response surface method was used to optimize the process with the ethanol concentration and the ethanol precipitation time as the factors,the precipitation rate and total saponin content as the indexes.Results The optimum process was as follows: the ethanol concentration was 60%,the ethanol precipitation time was 24 h,the precipitation rate was 76.09%,and the total saponin content was 3.77%.After verification,the process was stable,reasonable and feasible.Conclusion The prepared concentrated decoction meets the quality standard of the product,which can be used in industrial production.
