云南省执业药师配备现状及继续教育思考

Current Situation of Staffing and Continuing Education of Licensed Pharmacists in Yunnan Province

目的探索执业药师队伍建设和能力提升的方法,促进医药产业发展。方法采取注册系统查询和现场调研方式,分析云南省执业药师建设及注册情况,以及其继续教育参培情况,并提出改进建议。结果与结论该省执业药师人员数量不足,药品经营企业执业药师配备率低,执业药师继续教育参培率低,未能很好地发挥用药咨询、用药指导作用。应加大执业药师制度宣传力度,完善相应措施以推动其实施,充分发挥执业药师在药学服务中的作用。

Objective To explore the methods of construction of licensed pharmacists and the improvement of their capabilities to promote the development of the pharmaceutical industry.Methods The registration system inquiry and on-site investigation were adopted to analyze the construction and registration of licensed pharmacists in Yunnan Province and their participation in continuing education,the suggestions for improvement were put forward.Results and Conclusion The number of licensed pharmacists in this province was insufficient,the allocation rate of licensed pharmacists in pharmaceutical enterprises was low,and the participation rate of licensed pharmacists in continuing education was low,the licensed pharmacists failed to play a good role in medication consultation and guidance.It is suggested that the propaganda should be strengthened,the corresponding measures should be perfected to promote its implementation and give full play to the role of licensed pharmacists in pharmaceutical care.
