论乡村振兴战略背景下的乡村文化建设

On the Construction of Rural Culture under the Strategic Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略的提出开启了我国乡村建设的新局面,乡村文化建设重要性日益凸显出来。当前我国乡村文化建设存在的主要问题体现为三个方面:优秀乡村文化衰落,呈现文化真空与断层;农村空心化严重,乡村文化形态锐减;农民群体缺少文化自信,优秀乡村文化传承后继无人。在分析这些问题成因的基础上,文章提出了解决的对策:一是实现城乡融合发展,走文化兴盛之路;二是调动农民群体积极性,促进人才回流;三是重塑新时代乡村文化,树立文化自信。

The strategy of Rural Revitalization has opened up a new situation of rural construction in China, and the importance of rural cultural construction has become increasingly prominent. At present, the main problems in the construction of rural culture in China are reflected in three aspects: the decline of excellent rural culture, the cultural vacuum and faults;the serious hollowing of rural areas, the sharp decline of cultural form;the lack of cultural self-confidence of peasant groups, and the lack of successors in the inheritance of excellent rural culture. Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: first, to realize the integration of urban and rural development and take the road of cultural prosperity;second, to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers and prowote the return of talents;third, to remold New Age rural culture and establish cultural self-confidence.
