摘要 思政专业课教师需要转变教育理念,树立并强化育人意识,在各门课程中挖掘、梳理思政元素,做到教书和育人相统一;需要先受教育、明道信道,并通过自身的言行举止展现出来,潜移默化地影响学生,做到言传和身教相统一;需要提升自身的专业理论素养,扎扎实实做学问,同时关注时代和社会发展,引导学生正确认识我们身处的时代和社会,做到潜心问道和关注社会相统一;需要重视学术自由,遵守学术规范,激发和鼓励学生的创新思维,指导学生践行学术规范准则,做到学术自由和学术规范相统一。 Tecchers of ideological and political courses need to change the educational concept, establish and strengthen the awareness of educating students, explore and sort out the elements of ideological and political education in each course, and achieve the unity of teaching and education. They need to be educated first, show the students through their own words and deeds in a subtle way, and achieve the unit of speech and physical education. They need to improve their theoretical literacy, pay attention to social development, and achieve the unit of devoting themselves to academic and being concerned about society. They need to pay attention to academic freedom, follow academic norms, stimulate and encourage students’ innovative thinking, and achieve the unity of academic freedom and academic norms.
