在新型经济发展模式下,融合产学研一体化的教学、科研和创业策略,坚持以“创业教学+创业模拟+创业实践”三位一体的跨境电商创新创业发展模式,强化大学生的岗位实践训练,通过课堂增加学生的理论知识,以产业学科建设培养大学生的实践能力,注重实践操作能力,改变传统的教学发展模式,能推进大学生创新创业发展,培养创新型的全方面高素质跨境电商人才。

This paper analyzes the training model of cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurship talents under the model of industry, education and research. Establish innovative and entrepreneurial cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurial platform to cultivate the innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students. Under the new economic development model, combining the teaching, scientific research and entrepreneurial strategy of the integration of industry, university and research, we insist on the innovation and development model of cross-border ecommerce with the trinity of "Entrepreneurial Teaching, Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial practice". Strengthen the post practice training of college students, train the theoretical knowledge of students in class, cultivate the practical ability of college students through the construction of industry discipline, pay attention to the practical operation ability, and change the traditional teaching development mode. Promote the innovation and development of college students;cultivate innovative all-around high-quality cross-border e-commerce businessmen.
