Research and development of tape paper used in automatic banknotes packer

扎把纸是自动捆钞机捆扎纸币用的一种热压黏合纸.在捆钞机捆扎拉力和热封温度(160~200℃)下,能够迅速热压黏合.本文根据扎把纸使用要求,对研制扎把纸工艺技术进行梳理总结,希冀对该纸生产工艺的不断优化提供帮助.

Tape paper is a kind of thermal-pressed adhesive paper used in automatic banknotes packer. It can be quickly pressed and bonded under hot sealing temperature (160 ~ 200℃). According to the requirement of tape paper usage, this paper summarized the major technologies of tape paper to provide a guidance in further optimization of tape paper production process.
